Diamond Point is an office building on the boundary between Karlín and Prague’s historic centre, completed in 2005 to a design by Václav Aulický and Magdalena Pappová. Its two wings of different heights are connected by a distinctive pedestrian bridge across Ke Štvanici Street. The building’s silver appearance is created by a combination of glass, aluminium and steel, while the double-glazed façade helps reduce noise from the surrounding traffic. Diamond Point provides more than 19,000 sq m of offices and approximately 650 sq m of retail space.

The office floors support open-plan, cellular and combined layouts. The technical specification includes air conditioning, openable windows, external blinds, raised floors, suspended ceilings, fibre-optic connectivity and card-controlled access. The common areas are distinguished by two reception desks designed by Bořek Šípek. Terraces on the upper floors offer views of central Prague, the Vltava river and the Hradčany district.

Four underground levels provide 230 parking spaces and more than 1,300 sq m of storage. Tenant facilities include a restaurant, bicycle storage, changing rooms, showers and lockers. Florenc metro station on lines B and C, tram and bus stops and the central coach terminal are all within walking distance. Restaurants, hotels, fitness centres and other services are available nearby, together with a cycle route running along the Vltava.
