The Forum is a listed Neo-Baroque building located at the corner of Wenceslas Square and Jindřišská Street. It was completed in 1896 to a design by architects Bedřich Ohmann and Osvald Polívka as the headquarters of the Assicurazioni Generali insurance company, where Franz Kafka also worked briefly. A subsequent refurbishment preserved the representative façades, sculptural decoration, marble interiors and main staircase with elaborate stucco work. The property has approximately 12,500 sq m of total building area across six above-ground levels.

The office floors can accommodate open-plan premises or be divided into private offices and meeting rooms.
