Rohan City A1, now known as Arché, is an office building on Rohanské nábřeží in Prague 8, completed in 2025. Its eight above-ground and one underground floor provide approximately 8,600 sq m of offices, together with ground-floor retail and food-service premises. The building is characterised by a glazed façade complemented by wave-shaped perforated shading elements. The façade design continues into the entrance lobby, where the reception and illuminated features are inspired by water. The building holds LEED Gold certification.

The office floors provide approximately 1,000 to 1,400 sq m and can be divided into as many as three separate units. The premises support both open-plan and cellular layouts. The specification includes a clear height of three metres, raised floors, openable windows, fan-coil cooling, LED lighting responding to daylight levels, triple glazing, fibre-optic connectivity, sprinklers and backup power. Fixed shading elements protect the southern façade, while external blinds are installed on the western side.

Tenant facilities include a 24/7 reception, a shared rooftop terrace, additional outdoor terraces, bicycle storage for 32 bikes, changing rooms, showers and electric bicycle charging. The underground garage and ground floor provide a total of 106 parking spaces, including electric vehicle charging. Invalidovna metro station and tram stops are within walking distance, and a riverside cycle route runs nearby.
