The extensive E Factory building is the beating heart of the 22-hectare project, the unique Pragovka art district located in the historic industrial center in the Prague 9, Vysočany district. On more than 27,000 sqm, it offers an effective combination of industrial architecture with a new concept of space that meets the requirements for contemporary administrative buildings and modern technical standards.
The E Factory building is now undergoing a total reconstruction, the aim of which is to improve the technical standard and at the same time preserve the unique industrial character of this national cultural monument.
Once a legendary car factory of the First Republic – today a growing creative district and an inspiring environment for art, work, education, meetings and entertainment is located just a short distance from the center of Prague, in the middle of the industrial Vysočany. In addition to art studios, galleries or original office spaces, you will also find the popular Kafe Pragovka, Permanent Beer Fest, MaxSpace and a whole range of indoor and outdoor locations suitable for any large and demanding events, cultural or sporting events, photo shoots or filming.
