The Port7 administrative project in Prague 7 – Holešovice is a campus with a unique atmosphere, located near the Vltava River. It is planned as an independent “city within a city”, which will have perfect access to public transport and will provide all tenants with a comfortable environment for work and life.
With a total area of 48,000 m2, the Port7 project will offer not only modern office centers, but also a new area with complete civic amenities, including shops, restaurants, kindergartens, hotels and short-term accommodation facilities. The project will be innovative and energy efficient reducing the environmental footprint and operating costs.
Another advantage of the project is its proximity to the river, which offers many opportunities for leisure activities and relaxation. The newly built underpass from the Holešovice metro station will serve as the main access to the campus.
The total leasable area of offices and commercial areas will be approximately 35,000 sqm
