Mechanica 2 is a seven-storey office building completed in 2017 as part of Waltrovka, an urban district created on the former Walter Motors factory site. Its architecture references the industrial history of the location through a regular façade grid and large-format windows, while the uppermost floor is set back. The building provides approximately 11,300 sq m of leasable space, including around 8,550 sq m of offices and 1,500 sq m of retail premises. It holds LEED Gold certification.

Office floors range from approximately 1,000 to 1,500 sq m and support both open-plan layouts and division into separate units starting at around 250 sq m. The technical standard includes a clear ceiling height of three metres, raised floors with floor boxes, suspended ceilings with LED lighting, chilled beams, central mechanical ventilation, convector heating, openable windows, sprinklers and data connections from several providers. Access is through a representative lobby with a reception desk and turnstiles.

Two underground levels provide 116 parking spaces and storage facilities. The building directly adjoins Walterovo Square, which offers shops, restaurants and other services; bicycle storage, showers and electric vehicle charging are also available within the wider complex. A pedestrian footbridge connects the property directly with the vestibule of Jinonice metro station on line B, while a large park is located nearby.
