Luxembourg Plaza is a multifunctional project located in the Prague district of Vinohrady, near Jiřího z Poděbrady Square. The building was built between 2015 and 2018 and mainly offers modern office space and commercial space. The total area of the building is 27,000 sqm, of which 17,000 sqm is intended for office space.
Luxembourg Plaza consists of three separate buildings connected by an internal atrium, which serve as a common space for tenants to rest and relax. The building is designed to be ecological with the use of modern technologies and systems that enable efficient use of energy.
The building also houses a 4-star hotel with a total of 159 rooms and a conference center with a capacity of up to 800 people. There is also an underground car park for more than 200 vehicles.
