Luxembourg Plaza is a modern mixed-use complex completed in 2006 on the boundary between the Vinohrady and Žižkov districts. The project was designed by the American studio Arquitectonica in cooperation with Prague-based Cigler Marani Architects. The property is distinguished by its combination of stone and glazed façades and a large open courtyard with landscaped greenery. The building provides electronic access control, CCTV monitoring, lifts and a central reception operating around the clock. It has achieved BREEAM In-Use V6 certification at the Very Good level.

The entrance lobby, refurbished in 2022, opens directly onto a landscaped outdoor courtyard with seating and a café. Extensive underground parking is available for tenants and visitors. Flora metro station, tram stops and bus services are located immediately nearby. The Atrium Flora shopping centre opposite the building provides restaurants, shops, fitness facilities and other amenities.
