DRN, Prague 1 Staré Město, Národní 14

DRN is a mixed-use building completed in 2017 at the corner of Národní and Mikulandská streets. Designed by architect Stanislav Fiala, the new structure is connected to the restored Baroque Schönkirch Palace and responds sensitively to the varying heights of the surrounding historic buildings. Its defining features include stepped glazed façades, exposed concrete, continuous planted galleries and a rooftop garden. The building has eight above-ground and four underground floors and provides approximately 11,600 sq m of leasable space, of which more than 9,500 sq m is used as offices. It holds BREEAM In-Use certification at the Excellent level.

The office floors support both open-plan and divided layouts and provide views across Prague’s historic centre. The technical standard includes air conditioning, controlled ventilation and heating, openable windows, fibre-optic data connectivity, internal blinds and card-controlled access. Tenants have access to a central reception, 24-hour security and a shared rooftop terrace.

The ground floor accommodates restaurants, galleries and other commercial premises, while part of the building also provides flexible offices. Four underground levels contain 96 parking spaces and bicycle facilities with storage, changing rooms and showers. Národní třída metro station on line B and nearby tram stops are approximately one minute’s walk away.
