The DELTA Building is a large office complex completed in 2015 in the southern part of the Brumlovka district in Prague 4. Designed by Aulík Fišer architekti, the project consists of two separate H-shaped buildings connected by footbridges. Together, they provide approximately 43,300 sq m of leasable space across eight above-ground floors. The architecture is complemented by landscaped roof terraces and greenery connecting the property with the surrounding public areas.

The connection between the two sections makes it possible to create a continuous office floor of up to approximately 5,200 sq m. The premises can accommodate both open-plan and cellular layouts. The building has achieved BREEAM New Construction certification at the Very Good level.

Tenants and the general public can use a canteen, restaurant, landscaped relaxation terraces and 880 parking spaces across six underground levels. The building adjoins Brumlovka Park, while the wider district offers numerous restaurants, shops, services and sports facilities. Public buses and free shuttle services to Budějovická metro station stop directly beside the property.
