BB Centrum The DELTA building offers exclusive office and business space. This new administrative building is in the southeastern part of Brumlovka, in the area between Vyskočilová and Václav Sedláček streets. It consists of two buildings in the shape of the letter H, connected by a ground floor. Each floor can be connected by a connecting bridge to the same floor in the second building, so the tenant gets the unique opportunity to occupy an area of almost 4,400 sqm on one floor.
The DELTA I and DELTA II buildings offer a total of 38,300 sqm of rentable space in 8 and 9 above-ground floors, respectively. On the ground floor of the building there are commercial spaces with an area of 3,000 sqm, and almost 800 parking spaces can fit into the 5 underground floors. Each building has its own reception.
The Delta building was designed and implemented with regard to the long-term vision, plans and commitments of the development company PASSERINVEST GROUP in the field of sustainable development. The architectural design of DELTA was created by the studio Aulík Fišer architekti, as well as several other buildings in BB Centre. The Delta building will bear the Energy Label B and be certified according to BREEM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method), the world’s leading method for evaluating buildings from the point of view of sustainability. Delta aspires to achieve a “Very Good” rating in this category.
