A7 Office Center is an office and retail complex in Prague’s Holešovice district, combining the area’s industrial history with contemporary office architecture. It comprises four buildings: the restored former First Citizens’ Brewery, the original brewery administration building and two modern structures completed in 2009. The complex provides approximately 15,150 sq m of office and commercial space. Its historic buildings are complemented by the dark perforated façades of the newer structures and a landscaped internal courtyard.

The offices can be arranged as open-plan workspaces, individual rooms or a combination of both. The technical specification includes four-pipe fan coil units for heating and cooling, openable windows with shading, raised floors with floor boxes, suspended ceilings with integrated lighting and fibre-optic data connectivity.
