Palác Dunaj is a Constructivist office building located at the corner of Národní and Voršilská streets in Prague 1. It was designed by architect Adolf Foehr for the Austrian insurance company Donau and completed in 1930. Between 2020 and 2024, the property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment designed by Chapman Taylor, restoring its travertine façades and historic interior features while adding a seventh above-ground floor. The building now provides approximately 6,700 sq m of offices, complemented by retail and publicly accessible premises on the lower floors.

The office floors can be leased as a whole or divided into halves or smaller units. Layouts can accommodate open-plan and cellular offices, meeting rooms and dedicated tenant facilities.
