Kodaňská Office Center, also known as 4D Center, is a mixed-use office and commercial complex in Vršovice, situated between Kodaňská, Kavkazská and Moldavská streets. Originally developed as the headquarters of the foreign trade companies Chemapol and Investa, it was designed by architects Zdenka Nováková and Dagmar Šestáková and completed in 1970. Its three interconnected buildings provide approximately 30,000 sq m of office, retail and storage space. A distinctive feature of the complex is its colourful façade designed by French-Israeli artist Yaacov Agam.

The offices range from small individual units to larger continuous premises and can accommodate both open-plan and cellular layouts. The technical specification includes air conditioning, openable windows, automatically controlled external blinds, structured cabling and high-speed internet connections. The complex also provides a data centre, conference and meeting facilities, storage areas, a central reception, CCTV monitoring and 24/7 security.

Tenants have access to outdoor and covered parking, bicycle storage, a restaurant, a café and additional on-site services. The Eden shopping centre, the Slavia sports complex and the Prague 10 municipal offices are located nearby.
