Astrid Offices is a boutique office building in Prague’s Holešovice district, completed in 2021 on the former site of the Astrid cosmetics factory. Designed by the international studio Bogle Architects, the property comprises five above-ground and two underground levels. It provides more than 3,500 sq m of offices, complemented by retail and food and beverage premises on the ground floor. Its glazed façade is fitted with external vertical fins and horizontal blinds that help limit solar heat gain.

The office floors can be flexibly divided and arranged as open-plan workplaces or cellular offices. The specification includes a clear height of 3 metres, raised floors with floor boxes, openable windows, modern cooling, heating supported by heat pumps, fibre-optic connectivity, backup power and CO₂ monitoring. The building has achieved LEED Gold certification.

Tenants benefit from a 24/7 reception and security, a landscaped atrium, a shared rooftop terrace and cyclist facilities including secure bicycle storage, changing rooms, showers and a bike-washing station. The two underground levels provide 74 parking spaces. Tram and bus stops, restaurants, cafés, shops and cultural venues are within walking distance, while tram services provide convenient connections to Vltavská metro station.
